Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number for any warranty product please contact us by e-mail rma@12vtoolbox.com. In the first 14 days returns can be for replacement or efund. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Merchandise Authorization number displayed on the exterior. All warranty items will be returned freight prepaid. A copy of the 12vtoolbox.com invoice must be included with all returns for credit and will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, minus shipping and handling. Merchandise must be in "new" or "like-new" condition. Returns will be credited at the price paid on the invoice (less any restocking fee). If no invoice/receipt is included with the return, 12vtoolbox.com will issue credit at the current selling price or the price at the time of sale, whichever is lower. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited. Items returned with missing accessories (i.e. remote controls, wire harnesses, etc.) are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit. If defective, product will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received by us.

 

 

12vtoolbox.com Warranty
All new products unless otherwise noted carry a one year limited warranty from 12vtoolbox.com. Depending on the manufacturer and the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on defective merchandise to our company or the manufacturer.
12vtoolbox.com warranty is voided if specific serial numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is also voided due to user abuse, misuse, defacing, and improper operation or installation.
The warranty does not cover:

12vtoolbox.com defines abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates.
Blown, burned, and other abused subwoofers and speakers are not covered. Submitting any of the above will be considered out of warranty.
12vtoolbox.com shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned product. Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by this or any other warranty.

Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.

Shipping costs to our company are the responsibility of the customer for repairing/replacing products under warranty.

Replacements are available for a limited number of manufacturers and are provided at the discretion of 12vtoolbox.com.

 

 

Must claim by e-mail doa@12vtoolbox.com within 7 days to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Professional installation receipt documentation is required for all dead on arrival claims.

Some manufacturer's have no replacement warranty and can only be sent for repair.

Typographical Errors

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, 12vtoolbox.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
